CUSTOMER FAVORITES Early 2024

CALX Primitivo $16: A "Natural" wine that doesn't say anything weird. Rather, it expresses itself with a light body, low (but evident fruit and an eminently versatile style that can be chilled as well. Always one of our two best selling Reds over the last 18 months

Method Cabernet $15: An approachable Cab that is just lucsious enought to enjoy on its own but structured nicley for your meal as well. It went over very well when we poured it on a Saturday during April.

Rey Santo Verdejo, $11: We''ve carried this Spaniard for almost all our 17 years and it flits in and out of our best selling whites all the time. Lively with more "texture" than a Sauvignon Blanc.

Cochon Rosé, $18: A delicious pink of 100% Cargignane that just has something a bit more to to. Or to put it in French (as the name means Pig in that language - I know because my wife calls me that several times a week) "Je ne sais quoi!".

WINE CLUB

Expand your wine horizons

Our Wine Club is a monthly or bi-monthly selection of six wines with descriptions for approximately $90 (+ tax) each month.

Selections:

6 Bottles - Either 6 reds or 4 reds and 2 whites/rose.

Often there is a theme to the club (geographical, type of wine, etc.), but the other months are wines we feel you'll enjoy and try to introduce something new and interesting to you.

Most people join the club because they enjoy exploring new wines and like the diversity represented. We always try to incorporate "Hits" from our tastings in each month's selection

Pick Up

The wines are available for pick up the first Wednesday of the month and an email with descriptions is sent out to remind you that they're ready.

David and Elizabeth are very knowledgeable and never push the pricey stuff. It always seems that when I'm describing a bottle to them they know what I'm talking about. They're super fast at the counter and offer to carry a case out to the car. Try the $1 Saturday tasting (this is after the pandemic ends) and you'll be able to try a bunch of wines in a completely pressure fee situation. The price is right at The Wine Mine.
